If you are looking for low cost accommodation which is close to campus transport, the Brighton station Ibis Hotel is currently offering rooms for under £40.00 per night, and has close access to railway access to University of Sussex campus via Falmer station (two stops from Brighton). Buses from the city center regularly stop at University of Sussex and there are numerous hotels of varying costs to choose from.
